The Story

We've been into fitness our whole lives. Growing up on the Gold Coast, sport was everything — footy, surfing, gym. But when we started coaching, we realised most blokes weren't athletes. They were dads, tradies, office workers, shift workers — good men who'd let themselves go and didn't know how to get back on track.

So we built a system that works for real life. Not Instagram models. Not gym junkies. Real blokes with real jobs, families, and commitments. We stripped away everything that doesn't work and doubled down on what does: personalised nutrition, smart training, weekly accountability, and coaches who actually give a damn.

1,700+ clients later, we've seen blokes lose 77kg, come off medication, keep up with their kids, and get their confidence back. That's why we do this.

Every client starts with a detailed questionnaire — your goals, lifestyle, training history, injuries, food preferences, schedule. We need to know everything before we build your plan.

Your coach creates a personalised nutrition plan and training program built around your life. Not a template. Not a PDF. A plan designed specifically for you — your calories, your macros, your exercises.

Weekly Check-Ins

Every week you check in with your coach — weight, measurements, progress photos, how you're feeling. We review the data and adjust your plan based on what's working and what's not.
