We're Sam and James — twin brothers based on the Gold Coast who built BBT because we saw too many guys getting ripped off by cookie-cutter programs and influencer nonsense.

We've coached over 1,700 men — tradies, FIFO workers, business owners, dads — guys with real jobs and real lives. No six-pack models. Just regular guys who wanted to get their shit together.

How does online fitness coaching work?
You get a personalised training and nutrition plan, updated weekly based on your progress. Your coach tracks your numbers, adjusts the plan, and keeps you accountable — all done remotely so you can train wherever suits you.
Do I need a gym membership or equipment?
No. We design programs around what you have access to — whether that's a full gym, a home setup, or just bodyweight. Most of our clients train at a commercial gym, but it's not a requirement.
How long until I see results?
Most clients notice visible changes within 4-6 weeks. Our average client loses 10-15kg in their first 12 weeks. Results depend on consistency, but our coaching system is designed to keep you on track.
Who is this coaching for?
Australian men in their 30s to 60s with families, big jobs, and 15–40kg they want gone. Most are dads, business owners, tradies, or FIFO workers. The common thread: they've succeeded everywhere else in life — they just need the system, the coach, and the accountability to get the body sorted.
Should I talk to my partner before booking?
